Copyright and Digital Media

Our copyright laws in the United States can relate to the work in Digital Media. One example of the relationship between copyright laws and my work in Digital Media is I can't use someone's work and claim it as my own. If I were to copy someone's work then I would have to ask permission from the copyrights author before I intend to copy there work. As soon as I created a work in Digital Media I would own copyright of that work until 70 years after my death if I registered for copyright protection.
